Professional

For architects and specifiers.

Technical information for design, compliance, coordination and delivery.

Technical Information & Drawings

We provide a comprehensive set of technical documentation, including PDFs and DWG files, to support coordination, detailing, and approvals at every stage of the project.
Our in-house design team works closely with you throughout the project. From concept to completion. Ensuring design intent is maintained and technical details are fully resolved.
We conduct detailed pre-installation surveys to verify all dimensions, tolerances, and site conditions before manufacture begins.
Architectural drawings are preferred to fully understand the project. However, outline dimensions or early-stage information are sufficient for initial budgeting. Final measurements are always confirmed on site during survey.

Compliance & Certification

All systems are designed and tested to meet current UK Building Regulations, covering structural performance, thermal efficiency, and safety.
Our glazing systems achieve U-values of up to 1.3 W/m²K, depending on specification and configuration.
VESTING certification can be provided where required to support compliance and approvals.

Ventilation

This depends on the building’s overall ventilation strategy. Where background ventilation is required to meet regulations, trickle vents may be necessary.
Trickle vents are available in black and white finishes, with concealed options also available to minimise visual impact and maintain clean sightlines.

Design & Engineering

We collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors from the outset. Survey data is used to develop precise, site-specific technical drawings that ensure seamless integration and efficient installation.
Our systems are engineered with a focus on precision, performance, and minimal aesthetics: - Minimum specification of 10mm toughened glass - Refined, minimal sightlines - Bespoke solutions tailored to each project - Full end-to-end delivery managed in-house - No reliance on external installation contractors

Products & Materials

A dedicated steel pivot door system is available. All other glazing systems are manufactured from premium-grade aluminium.
Integrated blind systems are not part of our offering.
Solar control coatings such as SN70 can be specified to reduce solar gain while maintaining high levels of natural light and clarity.

Project Delivery

A full supply and installation service is offered nationwide, including Ireland and surrounding regions.
The service is fully comprehensive. From initial survey and technical design through to manufacture and installation.
All installation works are carried out by our own in-house team, ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and attention to detail.
All products are designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house at our West London facility (W3 0BE).

Access & Installation

Access requirements, including crane or specialist lifting equipment, are assessed during the survey stage to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.
Crane costs depend on site conditions, access, parking suspensions, and local authority requirements. These are evaluated on a project-by-project basis and confirmed following survey.

Warranty & Experience

A 10-year warranty is provided across our glazing systems, offering long-term assurance on quality and performance.

Colours and Finishes

We offer the full RAL Classic colour range (216 colours), giving you complete flexibility to match your design vision. Whether you’re looking for bold contemporary tones or subtle architectural finishes, we can accommodate your requirements.
Anodised finishes are available on request. Please speak to our team to discuss options and suitability for your project.

Locks & Security

Our doors are fitted with high-quality locking systems, including bottom locks (non-PAS 24) and PAS 24-rated side locks. While the lock barrels are not colour matched, the escutcheons (visible lock surrounds) can be finished to match your frame colour for a seamless look.
Our systems can be configured with PAS 24-rated side locks, providing enhanced security for residential applications.
We offer systems that comply with PAS 24, a recognised UK standard for enhanced security performance.

Warranties

Our warranties are property-based rather than person-based, meaning they remain valid if ownership of the property change

Showroom & Visits

We offer a virtual showroom experience, which can be arranged through your sales contact.
Yes, visits can be arranged by appointment at our showroom at 333A Western Avenue, London, W3 0BE

Process & Lead Times

Our process is carefully structured to ensure precision and quality: - Survey Stage: Approximately 1 week to carry out a site survey, provided the site is fully prepared. We’ll supply clear guidelines in advance. - Design & Drawing Stage: Around 2 weeks (or up to 3 weeks for more complex projects such as glass boxes) from survey completion and receipt of all required technical details. - Manufacture & Installation: Approximately 8 weeks from final approval of drawings, with installation scheduled shortly after. Your project timeline will always be confirmed by your sales contact based on scope and complexity.

Product Choices

We specialise in premium glazing systems that prioritise longevity and performance. Bi-fold doors typically require more maintenance due to their multiple moving parts and top-hung weight distribution. For this reason, we focus on alternative systems that offer cleaner aesthetics, smoother operation, and reduced long-term maintenance.

General

Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects, builders, and project teams to ensure your design is delivered exactly as intended.
